1. Website Owner and Service Description

This website is owned and operated by EmpowerFlow Go LLC, a California-based entity focused on providing yoga classes, wellness workshops, digital content, and personal development services. By using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these binding Terms.

3. Commercial Terms

Prices for classes, workshops, and digital products are listed on the Site and are subject to change. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. EmpowerFlow Go LLC reserves the right to modify its pricing or cancel offerings without prior notice.

 

4. Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases of individual classes, Flow Packs, or Subscription plans are non-refundable. Credits associated with these purchases may be applied to future classes in accordance with the terms of the specific plan.

You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 12 hours in advance. After this window, the class credit will be forfeited. This policy allows us to honor the time and preparation of our instructors and maintain the integrity of our small-group offerings. We appreciate your understanding and advanced planning.

 

5. Right to Change Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our offerings at any time, without notice or liability.

 

6. Warranties and Responsibilities

All services are provided "as is." EmpowerFlow Go LLC makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or results. By participating, you acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks and that you are responsible for your own health and safety.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, visuals, branding, and class material—is owned by EmpowerFlow Go LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without explicit permission.

 

8. User Submissions

You confirm that you are in good physical health, have consulted with a physician if necessary, and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.

You expressly waive and release any claims against EmpowerFlow Go LLC and its instructors arising from participation in these services.

Participation in any Activities offered by EmpowerFlow Go LLC is governed by our full Release and Waiver of Liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of California.
